Talk about customer service. The ladies at the Douglasville location, Claudia, Jackie, and Amber, are the nicest people you will meet. Makes you feel at home with their senses of humor, and their memory, since I have been with them since 2011. Great customer service, and seemed as though they were doing their very best to get me a great rate on my insurance. Added bonus, Claudia is bilingual in English and Spanish, meaning a couple of family members can do their own business there without needing help.

Very friendly, efficient and gave a very thorough explanation and quote. Would highly recommend the Douglasvlle office. My daughter highly recommended Amber and she was completely correct.
