Talk about customer service. The ladies at the Douglasville location, Claudia, Jackie, and Amber, are the nicest people you will meet. Makes you feel at home with their senses of humor, and their memory, since I have been with them since 2011. Great customer service, and seemed as though they were doing their very best to get me a great rate on my insurance. Added bonus, Claudia is bilingual in English and Spanish, meaning a couple of family members can do their own business there without needing help. ~ Edward V
Everytime including the first time I walked in the Peachstate Auto Insurance in their Douglasville establishment; I was treated like royalty. They are just a ray of sunshine!😊👍 They are definitely par de excellence. They are bar none. All of them, Mrs. Jackie, Mrs. Amber and Mrs. Jordan are very professional, extremely knowledgeable of their field, genuine and they really care.🥇🏆👏 I would do whatever it takes to keep them via raise or promotion 'cause nothing makes an employee feel more appreciated than something monetary. Very friendly, efficient and gave a very thorough explanation and quote. Would highly recommend the Douglasvlle office. My daughter highly recommended Amber and she was completely correct. Very patient with me as I didn’t have all the numbers she needed right in front of me. She totally understood my needs as I was up for renewal elsewhere.
